Adonius Expands its Reach with Acquisition of i-Science
Adonius Corp., a leading medical logistics services provider, announces the acquisition of i-Science LLC (i-Science). This strategic move expands Adonius’ reach to further meet the needs of its clients by providing a full continuum of specialty services delivered through a seamless delivery model.
Adonius is a US Based, nationally recognized firm offering a full-service portfolio of solutions to assist public and private healthcare, science/technology, and higher education organizations successfully complete FF&E Logistics for projects around the globe. The acquisition gives an end-to-end, full chain of custody solution from Equipment Planning and Procurement through to Delivery and Installation. All work is performed within a delivery model that guarantees accuracy and predictable outcomes. Adonius Corp. is a privately held organization that is a certified Women Owned Business with the WBENC. Terms of the deal are undisclosed.
