Overview

UW Medicine is modernizing core education and clinical-training spaces in the Health Sciences T-Wing, upgrading classrooms, labs, offices, study and special-use areas to support interprofessional learning and current accreditation standards. Phase 2 is a state-funded, ~$64M renovation that refreshes ~60,000 GSF across multiple floors—anchored by a new Simulation Lab and an upgraded Health Sciences Library Testing Center - on the Montlake/Health Sciences campus at NE Pacific St.

Our Scope

Adonius is providing equipment procurement - standardizing specifications, coordinating vendor selections, and sequencing orders to align with construction phasing and simulation/teaching technology integrations.
