Overview

The Lusardi Tower is the new acute-care hospital building on the Scripps Encinitas campus - a three-story, ~224k-SF addition that expands inpatient capacity and procedural platforms while launching the Lusardi Pulmonary Institute. The program includes 64 private beds across med-surg, ICU and progressive care, new operating rooms, and upgraded support services to meet North County’s growing demand.

Our Scope

Adonius is providing new-equipment logistics and warehousing, managing on-site install, and executing IT equipment deployment & install - coordinating imaging, perioperative, inpatient, and support-area technology for a sequenced, inspection-ready activation.
